Our provider's applicants are screened for practice history, professional liability claims history, malpractice coverage, education, credentials, licenses, board certifications, and clinical experience.

We also review how efficiently applicants run their practices. Our services also include mentor programs to work with our providers in upgrading various practice areas, (e.g., chart notes).

• Verification of coverage ($l million / $3 million)
• Primary source verification of malpractice claims history from malpractice carrier.
• Proof of current state license(s) when applicable.
• Verification of professional degree directly from accredited college.
• Primary source verification of work history.
• Verification of history of any sanctions.
• Operate clinic in commercial building, non-residential office zoned for commercial use.
• Site inspection of facility with medical record and access to care review.
• Re-Credentialing is conducted prior to the two-year anniversary of the provider.
